Yet, a few years after the manuscript was sent out, several Organizations intimately familiar with this biography and its inception teamed up with an individual named Tom Papania, also known as Thomas Papagnia and Thomas Papanier, to sell audio and video tapes by the hundreds of thousands at ten to twenty dollars a piece using the very story line, words, chapters and events of Rock Scarfone and House Of Cards and the balance a "made for TV" history placing Tom as third in line to Paul Castellano, deceased Gambino Crime Family Boss.

In fact, proof has been gathered through public and private records, print and other sources that confirm the fact that Tom was never a "made" member of any Mafia family, never gave away houses, business' or anything of consequence in his "journey to God", lied on the witness stand while professing his salvation [integral to Tom's use of the material from House Of Cards, the Curse Of Alphonso and his "testimony"] and, generally, has continued to utilize the material in question.

We, the plaintiffs in this case, have attempted to set the record straight, believed Tom in February that he would halt the use of our story, and were ready to forget the entire situation. This was BEFORE we discovered, contrary to Tom's statement that he had not used this story in any great manner or made any money, he had only spoken "here and there", that Tom had saturated the very market that House Of Cards was to be marketed in through two ministries and their leaders to the tune of a million tapes and videos, and has, along with these ministries and their leaders, continued to harass, spread rumor and, generally attack Rock and the ministry he leads. 

OPENING:

Let us say, you are forced to live upon the streets of this nation surviving for your entire childhood after surviving a horrible birth defect that keeps you from walking for 5 years. And you live  your father and uncle brutal murder;, shot in such a fashion the casket is closed at the funeral by 8 years of age.
     Then watch your mother washed by grief and pain without a single house coat to her name, 5 kids and having to shop lift to feed them.
     You watch your brothers and sisters in misery and their lives so hurt.
     You are forced to endure every brutality and degradation in your attempts to survive.
     Denied family, friends, love, baseball and school, you watch that same mother whom was OH SO STRONG in her misery, just as her life was blossoming for the first time since HER father was taken from her, wind up dying of ovarian cancer at 52.
     Now, you have lived through it all, oh yea, sometimes breaking the law to survive, but feeling terrible for it! Some times reducing your self to the lowest form of humanity just to assure your survival. You have no understanding of responsibilities, you are emotionally and mentally changed forever, and then you are threatened by the same people that took EVERYTHING! But you survive, and thank God for it..
     One day, you sit down, and, only for third time in your life, with wife looking on, you lose your Man Of Respect Thoughts and you begin to write your story, tears washing the very key board as you tell of things and events that have haunted in the pain and hurt of your 40 years of not knowing whom you were or are!
     Then, you finish your story and say, this was my life! Good or bad!
     And then, some guy, if not one of them, whom was the very type of torturer that convicted your family and sentenced them to a life of horror with out a single thought to the consequences, comes along and takes your story and tears the guts out of it to embellish his torment of others, to justify "his finding" of the very God whom protected you! What would you do?
